How to talk about relationship concerns with friends and family FREE Workshop for Two Spirit, Lesbian, Bisexual Women Sunday May 4, 2008 1:00pm – 4:30pm Holiday Inn, (ballroom) 711 West Broadway Vancouver Isolation takes many forms – access to support, perspective and feedback is important for building healthy, lasting relationships and communities. This workshop will explore how we talk about our relationship concerns with our friends and family (chosen or otherwise). How do we keep confidentiality and when is it the right time to share our concerns about issues of safety? Facilitators: Gwyneth Bowen and Donnalee Johnson Gwyneth Bowen, M.Ed. R.C.C. has worked in various counselling settings with women of all ages, mainly specializing in relationship issues as well as abuse and trauma. She has facilitated a variety of groups for women in all our wonderful diversity.
