In 2005 and 2006 Parliament passed Bill C-2 amending the Criminal Code of Canada (Code) and amending the Canada Evidence Act (C.E.A.). This guide to the legislation was funded by the National Policy Centre for Victim Issues: Deaprtment of Justice Canada.
